Enterprise deployments

A governed, AI-native platform.

Built for governed enterprise deployments: identity, access and audit at the platform level, and a security story your IT team can sign off on.

01 The platform

AI-native, fully governed.

Real data, inside the boundary
Operators and agents work against governed data in your own isolated catalog and storage.
Build, not just query
Reports that ship the same answer every day, workbooks for pricing and scheduling, apps shaped to the operation.
Controls at the platform level
Roles, permissions and audit are configured once and apply to every surface, human or agent.
02 Security & governance

Built the way enterprise IT controls software.

Identity, access and audit, the way your security team already runs them.

Encryption

AES-256 at rest, TLS in transit.

Audit and monitoring

A full log of every action, human or agent, streamable to your SIEM.

Privacy

Aligned with GDPR, CCPA and industry standards. Your data stays yours.

Single sign-on

SAML and OIDC. Okta, Microsoft Entra, Google Workspace.

SCIM directory sync

Provisioning and deprovisioning from your directory, roles from groups.

Fine-grained RBAC

Per site, dataset and workbook. Field crews see their sites; leadership sees everything.

03 Deployment

Your data, your boundary.

Two shapes, both ready to go.

3.1
Most common

Fully managed by Bench

Bench runs the data store: an isolated catalog and storage per customer, full controls, live in days.

3.2

You host the data, Bench manages the platform

Your cloud, your data store. Bench manages everything around it.

With you, not at you

A real team alongside the platform.

You don't buy enterprise software and figure it out. Bench engineers and operators from your industry are in the room from day one.

Design and build, before you commit
We stand up the first version on one real operation, on your data, before a subscription.
Industry operators in the room
Not only a Bench engineer. People who have run operations like yours shape the definitions with you.
Migration from spreadsheets
We map what your spreadsheets actually answer, then rebuild it as a live surface that doesn't break.
A named team
A dedicated contact, a shared channel, and support through your security review.
Enterprise

Let's scope your deployment.

One working session with a Bench engineer: your systems, your security review, and the first operation we would build on.

Enterprise questions

What your IT team will ask.

How do you handle data residency?

Two options: fully managed by Bench, or you host the data store in your own cloud while Bench manages everything around it.

Can we keep our data warehouse?

Yes. Your warehouse stores the data. Bench is the operational layer it was never built to carry: the intelligence your workforce runs on. Everything Bench produces is in open formats your warehouse can read.

How does the design and build phase work?

It starts with a working session on one operation and its data. We connect the sources, write the definitions and put the first working Bench in front of your team. You commit when it is demonstrating value on your own numbers.

How do you keep our data secure?

Encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access down to the site, and a full audit log on every action, human or agent. Every customer has a fully isolated data catalog, portable at any time.

How is enterprise pricing structured?

An annual subscription scoped to the scale of the operation: depots, contracts, regions. Not per seat and not per query. Multi-brand deployments are quoted.

Can we evaluate before committing?

That is the default. The first version is built on one real operation with real data. It proves the impact or you walk away.
